– 4(1 1/4-inch-thick) bone-in pork chops (about 3 3/4 pounds total)
– 1garlic clove, chopped
INGREDIENTS
– 1/2c.dry white wine, such as sauvignon blanc
– 3/4c.chicken stock
– 3tbsp.cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
– 1tsp.chopped fresh thyme, plus more for garnish
