Baking Soda and Milk Scrub: Combine 1 tablespoon of baking soda with 1 tablespoon of milk. Gently scrub the mixture onto dark knees and elbows in circular motions for 2-3 minutes. 

Coconut Oil and Walnut Powder Scrub: Mix 1 tablespoon coconut oil with 1 tablespoon walnut powder to form a paste. Use as a scrub on dark areas for 2-3 minutes, then rinse.
